You’ve Been Carrying This Alone Long Enough
You’ve likely tried to push through. Maybe you’ve worked with therapists who didn’t get it—or worse, made you feel like you had to justify your identity before you could even get help.
That feeling of always being on guard, never fully exhaling—that’s the weight many of us carry. But what if this time was different?
What if support actually felt like support?
That’s what I offer: therapy that understands without asking you to explain. A space where your truth isn’t just welcomed—it’s central.
You Don’t Have to Heal in Isolation
No one should have to untangle trauma or rebuild trust alone. Therapy with me goes beyond surface-level strategies to address the deeper roots of pain—especially those tied to identity, community, and survival.
I hold space for every part of who you are. And I get how exhausting it is to always be educating others before you can finally be supported.
Imagine waking up without the dread in your chest. Imagine not having to brace yourself before every conversation. That’s not a dream. That’s the path therapy can help you build.
You Deserve More Than Just Coping—You Deserve Clarity, Safety, and Relief
I specialize in the struggles our clients face every day—especially when multiple layers of identity and pain overlap. My work begins with understanding, but it doesn’t stop there.
Always scanning the room. Second-guessing every word. Feeling like rest is something other people get. That kind of anxiety is more than nerves—it’s survival mode. I will help you out of it.
Depression isn’t always sadness. Sometimes it’s just feeling… nothing. Therapy here means reconnecting with your purpose, finding meaning again, and knowing you’re not alone in that process.
Whether you're dating, partnered, poly, or simply trying to find your community—I offer therapy that respects your relationship style and identity. Real connection shouldn’t come with conditions.
Grief in the LGBTQ+ community often hides beneath layers: family rejection, cultural silence, invisible loss. You’re allowed to mourn out loud. I’ll be right here with you.

"After years of feeling invisible in therapy, I finally felt seen here. That changed everything."
FAQ: What You May Still Be Wondering
How is LGBTQ+ affirming therapy different from regular therapy? LGBTQ+ affirming therapy centers around your lived experience and the unique challenges that come with being a member of our community. It acknowledges how systemic prejudice and internalized stigma impact your mental health and creates space to work through them safely.
What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t help? That’s a valid concern. Many of my clients arrive discouraged. But affirming therapy—done with cultural competency and empathy—feels entirely different.
Is this therapy only for gay men? I specialize in working with gay, bi, and queer men, including trans and nonbinary men, in both individual and couples therapy. I focus on this population because it remains an underserved group within my community with unique and often overlooked needs.
Can I keep my sessions private or stay anonymous? Yes. Privacy is sacred here. As a therapist, I have a legal and ethical duty to keep what you say confidential which I take very seriously. You’re in control of what you share and when at all times.
Life Can Feel Weightless
Don’t wait any longer, set some of what you’re carrying down and finally feel the relief of true support.
